Rocket Review vs Trustindex
Rocket Review vs Trustindex
These two tools mostly do different jobs. Trustindex shows the reviews you already have on your website. Rocket Review gets you new Google reviews by asking every customer.
Starts the Growth plan, AUD $59/month after your 14-day trial. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing.
The short version
Trustindex is best known for review widgets: sliders, badges and grids that pull reviews from more than 130 platforms and display them on your website. It has a free package and low-cost annual plans, and it also offers review collection by email, QR code and NFC card.
Rocket Review is built for the step before that: getting the reviews in the first place. Customers come in from Xero, a CSV file or manual entry, you approve who gets asked, and Rocket Review sends a short email or SMS/TXT after the job. Every customer chooses between a public Google review and private feedback, and you reply to Google reviews from one dashboard.
So the honest answer is that many businesses could use both. If your problem is that you do not have enough recent Google reviews, start with Rocket Review. If you have plenty and want to show them off on your website, Trustindex is designed for that, and Rocket Review does not offer widgets.

Pricing
As at October 2026, Trustindex's pricing page lists a free package plus three paid plans: Single at $65 a year for one company, Pro at $125 a year for five companies and Ultimate at $349 a year for unlimited companies. Trustindex costs less because it mainly does a different job: displaying reviews. Rocket Review's price covers sending the requests, including unlimited SMS/TXT on Growth and Pro.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $39 | 1 Google location | Xero, CSV and manual import | |

| Pro | $99 | Email and unlimited SMS/TXT | Up to 5 Google locations | Assisted onboarding, custom connector assessment |
Prices in AUD. Every monthly and annual plan starts with a 14-day trial. Annual plans cost eleven months, so one month is free.
Switching from Trustindex
You do not have to switch at all if you like your Trustindex widgets. Keep them on your website and use Rocket Review to ask customers for new Google reviews. Trustindex lists automatic review updates, so new Google reviews should flow through to your widgets.
One thing to check whichever tool you use: Google's policy does not allow asking only the customers you expect to be happy. If you have a filtering feature switched on anywhere, review it against Google's rules.
